Event Organizing
We organize a wide range of events for consumer engagement and public interaction. We organized a giveaway of Fabble chocolates at ITC’s premier as a P.R. activity which contributed in higher brand awareness considering we arranged it at huge event. Similarly, we organized game evening in partnership with ones of India’s most loved motorcycle brand Hero Honda. We have even worked with Government agencies for the noble cause of “SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN” where we organized displays on LED Vans in various areas to spread awareness. Similar, LED Van activities were organized for one of the most trusted brand Nerolac. We have also partnered with big e-commerce giants like Snapdeal for a market mapping where we covered 8 cities and over 2000+ retailers.
We also offer festival coverage in form of attractive, highly profitable stalls at the prime locations during the times of festivals.
Our Events & Activities
Dell Tablet Activation
- The Objective of the Activity was to influence maximum footfall at the Activity Zone and the nearby Dealer’s showroom.
- The focus was on educating customers about the Dell Tablets and pushing sales
- Activation taken place in Delhi, Lucknow, Jaipur & Ludhiana markets where Dell Exclusive stores were located.
- We engaged crowd in Tablet games and various emcee related games and educated about Dell Tablets
- Through the activity the sale was pushed .
Casio Corporate Park Activity
Purpose:- Promotion of Casio Scientific Calculators at DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon Corporate Parks.
Activity:- The Main idea was to promote/Market New Range. We covered Building Nos. 5,8,9,10,cyber hub, infinity. It was 2 days activity in each building.
Sales Push:- Discounts of 10% were offered to all customers on instant purchase.

- The total no. of people approached was around 2000
Snapdeal Market MappingDell Tablet Activation
Snapdeal wanted to cover Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities retailers/wholesalers/distributors/dealers and taking them onboard with Snapdeal.
We deployed promoters to reach out the market and interact with them to take out the useful information to get register.
This activation was also a short study to understand market interest to go online and the convenience of shopping. Electronic and Apparel category were approached.
